Timothy Sharpe started his commercial real estate career in 1983 with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial. Tim's focus has been primarily on office and investment brokerage which has established him as an industry leader. His knowledge of the industry, proven track record and negotiating ability make Tim one of the most aggressive brokers in the marketplace.

Prior to real estate, Tim's ten-year background as a mechanical contractor, specializing in design build projects, gives him a unique technical prospective in assisting clients in the development process. Tim was recognized as the top producer six times and also received the Heitmann Properties DealMaker of the Year Award twice during his tenure at CBRichard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial.

Tim is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of Iowa and the State of Arizona and holds both the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.

Linda M. Gibbs is recognized in the commercial real estate market as an expert in retail and office leasing, investment properties and development projects. Her entrepreneurial spirit, business savvy, “hands on” management and consistent follow-through on behalf of her clients are her hallmarks and keys to her success.

Linda's career in real estate began in 1986 with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, after seven years as a vice president and division head at the largest financial institution in the state of Iowa. Linda was recognized throughout her career with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial with numerous awards, including several Heitmann Properties Deal Maker of the Year Awards.

Linda is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of Iowa and the State of Arizona and holds both the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.

Partners since 1990, Tim and Linda formed what is now known as Sharpe Gibbs Commercial Real Estate Services in 1996.
